Welcome to Lista Séptima!
Lista Séptima was born from the union of a group of companies with more than two decades of experience in the nautical, legal, digital and tourism sectors in the Balearic Islands.
We have spent a lot of time getting to know and exploring the boat rental market in depth, starting from the new regulations that will allow the rental of boats from private individuals (List Seven), in order to bring this unique platform to life.
This project specialises in chartering boats from private individuals in Spain.
The Royal Decree 186/2023, of 21 March,which approves the Regulation on the Regulation of Maritime Navigation, will allow the chartering of private vessels registered in List Seven. A measure that has been applied for years in countries such as Italy, France, Germany, Holland and Poland.
At Lista Séptima we value the community of sea lovers that surrounds us and we are proud to create a space where owners and clients can share boats face to face in a simple and legal way.
Our Mission Statement
Lista Séptima is a project whose aim is not only to become a reference rental portal specialising in private boat rentals, but also a platform that provides comprehensive assistance to private owners, ensuring that each rental is carried out in a completely legal and hassle-free manner.
What do we do?
Boat Rental: We want to offer a diverse selection of vessels that meet the most rigorous Seventh Schedule standards.
Ease of Use: Our intuitive platform allows you to browse and book boats quickly and easily. We offer detailed information about each boat, up-to-date photos and transparent pricing so you can make informed and verified decisions.
Lobbying for legality: On our platform we want to make it easy for the owner to rent his boat in compliance with all the necessary legal measures. We want to guarantee a completely transparent and legal rental.
Safety at Sea: Safety is our number one priority. All vessels on List Seven must comply with the rental requirements set by the new regulations.
