The client may cancel up to 15 days prior to departure, obtaining a refund of 75% of the rental amount, excluding administration fees. The owner will retain the 25% deposit received in advance at the time of booking. If the client cancels unilaterally during the 15 days prior to the reservation, the owner will retain 100% of the reservation.
