It is duly noted that vessels based in the Balearic Islands may only be leased to third parties insofar as they duly and jointly comply with the regulatory requirements laid down by the Directorate General of the Merchant Navy and by the authorities of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands with jurisdiction over the leasing of pleasure craft.
